The Role

If you’re passionate about digital marketing and want to work in a digital first environment, then we want to hear from you. We are currently recruiting for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and work with our corporate and product websites.

This role will be based at Glas Data’s office in Penryn, Cornwall.


As a digital marketer you will be involved in a lot of different areas including:

  • Deliver email marketing (HTML template creation, copywriting, data selection and tracking)
  • Google Analytics
  • Lead generation
  • Social media management
  • CRM management and client services
  • Copywriting - For marketing and PR content
  • Involvement in product tutorial creation
  • Participate in product workshops and trade events
  • You will work closely with our Marketing and Development Manager but also support different people in the organisation to help translate their messages into compelling stories
  • Monthly insight reports

Skills and Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Email marketing experience (HubSpot CRM, MailChimp etc)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Interest in web analytics (Google Analytics)
  • Write engaging marketing and PR content
  • Interest in social media and SEO
  • Excellent and creative use of the English language
  • Copywriting experience desirable
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communicator, well developed relationship-building capabilities and effective collaborative skills
  • Agricultural or agri-services sector experience beneficial
